Delivery Information

You can get the products you ordered in the following ways.

1. Upon receipt from our store, Ypsilantoy 38 Karditsa, Greece

2. With a single shipping fee via Courier throughout Greece at a cost of € 3,00 until 2kg and 0,80€ for every extra kg. (prices do not include VAT 24%)

3. With Free Shipping for shipments over € XXXX!

Returns

In case your purchase does not satisfy you, sotoscenter.com gives you option to return and replace the product with the same or different one provided that it is available. The product of the change can be accepted only if it is in its normal factory form, the card has not been removed as well as all the marks of the product, it is in its jelly, it has not been worn, it has not been washed and it has not been washed, has undergone any modifications and finally, to have all the purchase documents (invoice or receipt)
The request for the replacement of the product must be made within 10 calendar days from the day of purchase.
The customer must send his return with the courier company that cooperates with our store and is charged with its cost (5 €) as well as the re-shipment.

Our products go through quality control before being sent to the customer. However, in the event that a product is shipped incorrectly or has a defect, it is replaced, provided that the product has been shipped back to its normal factory form.
The request for replacement must be made within 3 days of incorrect receipt of the product and after contact by mail between the buyer and the company.
In all cases the product must be returned with all the supporting documents accompanying it (eg retail receipt or invoice). In case the product is not available, the customer can choose what else he wants or his money will be refunded.
In any case of such an error, the costs are covered by sotoscenter.com.
Products that have been damaged by use or due to wear are not considered defective.
Sotoscenter.com reserves the right to check and then send the product for further inspection to the respective company and not to accept the product if the company indicates it.

Payments

Orders from our online store can be paid in the following ways:

1. Payment at the store.

You can pay for the orders you will receive from our store by card or cash.

2. Pay on delivery.

You can pay for your order when you receive it directly at the Courier by cash on delivery. The charge for cash on delivery service (COD) is 2,00 + VAT 24%€

3. Bank deposit.

After completing your order you must deposit the full amount (including shipping and bank charges) in one of the following accounts and send us the deposit receipt by email to info@sotoscenter.com
After the end of 1 calendar day from the order and if no deposit has been made, the products are released.

When transferring from a third bank it takes up to 2 working days to receive the payment, for more information you should talk to your bank.

When depositing in a bank account, if it is done through internet banking, make sure that the costs are borne by the principal.
